1. About Honeybees
Honeybees are fascinating creatures, wouldn’t you agree? A fun fact about them is that they are able to recognize human faces! For the longest time, people believed that distinguishing between faces is something only mammals with large brains were able to do. Honeybees have the ability to differentiate between a wide variety of flowers and this is why people theorized that they could recognize faces as well. As always, scientists were more than ready to put this hypothesis to the test! They were fascinated to find that honeybees could indeed recognize faces even after only a short period of training.2. 3. About Carrots
Did you know that if you eat too much carrot, your skin will begin to turn orange?! This vegetable contains a large amount of the natural pigment known as beta-carotene which gives it the bright orange color that it has. Eating too many carrots would result in the pigment entering your bloodstream, which would then result in your skin turning orange.
