She typically sets precedents regarding fashion trends, but that doesn't mean her life is void of slip-ups. We all have embarrassing pictures from our younger years that we'd rather not see. It could be due to our tasteless choices or even some from blurry nights.
We're guessing this picture of Lady Gaga on the right is from one of those days. After all, we barely see her with no glam. In 2018, however, she played her first lead role in "A Star Is Born," in which her character's appearance was very minimalistic.
Pamela Anderson
One female star from the cast of "Baywatch" who prospered into global stardom, it's Pamela Anderson. Her initial career as a model peaked when she appeared in a notorious men's magazine. Now a mother of two adults, Anderson still makes minor screen appearances, although she prioritizes working as animal rights and AIDS activist.
The blond bombshell still looks great for her age, but it's clear that the image above is from one of her lesser fine days. Captured in 2010 is her walk of shame outside the "Guys & Dolls Club" in Los Angeles, where the paparazzi caught ANderson with messy hair and a stained outfit.
Sofia Vergara
Known for her thick accent and jaw-dropping looks, Sofía Vergara is a Columbian-American actress who made her acting debut in the mid-'90s. However, she didn't catch much attention, particularly in the United States, until the early '00s. There, her career fast-tracked with Gloria Delgado-Pritchett's role in "Modern Family," which eventually made her the highest-paid television actress in America for at least seven consecutive years.
Vergara's lasting allure doesn't surprise her fans. What does surprise them is when she looks like one hot mess with oversized clothes, smudged lipstick, and unkempt hair. It was a relief to learn that it was a one-time look for a single episode.

There's a long list of rules that the British Royal Family needs to follow. Everything from their appearance to behavior to social etiquette is closely monitored, and the slightest mishap can lead to long-term criticism. Take this photograph, for example. However, since they are Royals (at least Prince William then), activities like clubbing can lead to heavy mockery and judgment. Beyoncé's status in pop culture didn't just come from her singing performances. She is also a steamy woman who could've turned heads everywhere she went, even before the fame. You'd think the "Halo" songstress could not be unflattering even at her most vulnerable. But in 2013, some "unflattering" photos, candid shots captured mid-performance at that year's "Super Bowl" halftime show, went viral on the internet.
The images wouldn't have caused so much of a bustle if Beyoncé's publicist had let it go when "Buzzfeed" posted them. Instead, they requested the internet media company to remove them, causing a Streisand effect and making them more viral. The publicist should've known better.

Madonna is like the Beyoncé of the '80s. Born in 1958, she is an ageless beauty whose years have hardly impacted her career, with her still being a prominent figure well into the 21st century. Having been active and under media scrutiny for as long as she has, the "Queen of Pop" has heaps of unsympathetic pictures of her, for which the public's comments have been similar.
Portrayed above is one such snap, which may not be one of her best, but has not affected her confidence. The mother of six has always held her head high, despite cyberspace being cruel to her now and then.
Cameron Diaz
The fact that Cameron Diaz is a world class beauty was never in question. Her modeling work started when she was just 16 and made way for a successful acting career. Her first movie, “The Mask,” became a major hit. It also launched her as a feminine symbol, a title yet to fade even though her career has.
Being as famous as Diaz means the paparazzi will be on her tail. Consequently, some not-so-great photos circulate the internet, including this one where her face has broken out pretty badly. We guess that’s what long hours of makeup, days of consecutive work, and regular flights can do to one’s skin.
Mel Gibson
Like most humans, the "Mad Max" star Mel Gibson has experienced ups and downs in his life. One of the more publicized downfalls occurred in 2006 due to an antisemitic comment made during an arrest. It was a rough patch of his life, which took a toll on his personal and professional life.
The picture on the right is from that period, which shows that he wasn't himself. Fortunately, Gibson took some time off and only returned to the screens with confidence and only the best to offer. The father of nine has won loads of accolades for both acting and filmmaking work and continues to contribute to Hollywood.
Kate Middleton
In the present, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, is a character of high class and royalty. But there were simpler times when she was only Kate Middleton and enjoyed life like any other youngster, partaking in activities such as clubbing and, in this case, roller-skating.
This picture made this list because Middleton collapsing on the floor while wearing shorts isn't painting the best shot of the royal family. But let's not forget that this happened at a charity roller disco in 2008. Middleton was merely 26 at the time and not married into royalty just yet. We all encounter mishaps, and she sure did handle hers like a pro that night.
Christina Aguilera
Best known for chart-topping singles like "Genie in a Bottle" and "What a Girl Wants," Christina Aguilera is a five-time "Grammy Award-"winner with a unique voice. Her extraordinary ability to sustain high notes earned her a well-deserved place in the music industry, securing over 200 accolades.
Aguilera is also a fabulous dresser with good taste in fashion, and her weight gain after childbirth never took that away. However, it did affect her confidence when pictures from unflattering angles (as above) landed and got trolled on the web. The former coach of "The Voice" lost at least 40 pounds with a lifestyle change and is back to being her best self.
Jennifer Lawrence
One can be a Jennifer Lawrence fan or not, but her acting skills are undeniably fantastic. Being a master in her craft with jaw-dropping looks only secured positive professional results. Playing Mystique in the "X-Men" movie series and Katniss Everdeen in "The Hunger Games" films only sent her fame through the roof.
The humble celebrity has hardly any unflattering photos. The few such pictures you might come across are also intentionally taken with goofy poses, and the one above is a perfect example. Lawrence looks rather cute than unflattering in it if you ask us. She became a first-time mother in February 2022 and is with more responsibilities now.
Heather Locklear
The "Melrose Place" actress Heather Locklear's youthful years are long gone, and it shows. But is it as bad as "Daily Mail" had suggested in their report in 2016? We think she is aging gracefully, and there's nothing wrong with that. Her fans haven't seen much of Locklear on-screen since 2017, so they often don't see her glammed-up hat.

We guess she is a supermodel for a reason—and one of the best in the world, too. Born in 1974, the size zero goddess is in her middle age but is as steamy as ever.

The big and small screens, and the stage, have seen an abundance of Mischa Barton's performances since she launched her career in 1994. Her portrayal of Marissa Cooper in the "Fox" series "The O.C." in the early '00s is among her most acclaimed, perhaps because of her character's similarity to her authentic self.
Styling a black hat against her red mane, Barton looks somewhat rebellious in the picture above. However, the public noticed her popped eyes and double chin, making her face look fuller than it actually was. According to Daily Mail, the photo was taken following the extraction of her wisdom teeth, hence explaining the puffiness.

It takes a great deal of courage for someone as glamorous as her to admit her shortcomings, especially when they're related to her clumsiness. It was a flaw she hilariously disclosed through her single "Clumsy" in 2006.
As the image above proves, she did not lie in the song, although, in this particular case, it may have been the heels' fault. Some of us have more trouble with high heels than others, and Fergie, fortunately, had someone to hold her and keep her from crashing to the ground.

It sure takes hard work to get somewhere in life, but we can't deny that Rihanna had luck play a part too. Discovered in her native Barbados by a record producer, it subsequently led to her breakthrough in show business with songs like "Umbrella," "We Found Love," and "Diamonds."
Rihanna is a pop culture icon and feminine symbol, not only followed by the paparazzi but also snuck on by fans for selfies. Consequently, many of her photographs have been captured from unflattering angles, and the one above is no exception. The "Fenty Beauty" owner's bare-faced photo above proves that anyone can look bad at the wrong angle.
Julia Roberts
Julia Roberts is the epitome of beauty, and it made her one of the most prosperous Hollywood actresses with box office hits like "Erin Brockovich," "Runaway Bride," and "Pretty Woman." The rom-com "Notting Hill" also came out around the same time, and it's from that premiere we got this candid shit of Roberts.
Body hair on women was a big no-no then (now changing with people's personal choices). However, many pictures of Roberts's unshaven armpits survive from that day, with many thinking it was a feminist statement. But nearly 20 years later, she revealed on "Busy Tonight" that it was merely an unforeseen fashion mishap.
Kim Kardashian
This photo of Kim Kardashian isn't so much as unflattering as it is a bad makeup job. The American socialite, media personality, and entrepreneur was a sidekick to Paris Hilton during the '00s before the release of a certain personal video that made her infamous. Kardashian's stardom peaked when starring in "Keeping Up with the Kardashians—" her family's 20-season reality show.
As the owner of "KKW Beauty," it wouldn't be in Kardashian's best interest to be spotted with such an unsightly makeup look today. It would cause the media to stir in addition to adversely impacting her company's sales. But she certainly knows better now.
Pete Wentz
Despite taking a break for a few years between 2009 and 2013, the rock band "Fall Out Boy" has been making music since 2001. They are still active, with four founding members, including Pete Wentz, who, looking at the photo above, might be taking the group's name a tad too literal at times.
The bassist and songwriter appear to have tripped and landed on his knee and just worked up enough strength not to let go of the phone in his hand. We must give props to the photographer who managed to click the photo at the perfect time. What a way to promote "Fall Out Boy!"

Emma Watson's fan base grew by millions with each "Harry Potter" film as Hermione Granger was one of the most adored characters in the franchise. She has made it clear that she is here to stay in show business. A gender equality advocate, Watson is not only about beauty but also brains, as she is a "Brown University" graduate.
In 2009, Watson's fans got an interesting view of her body at the "Half-Blood Prince" premiere in London. A part of her gown moved, exposing her underwear, which wasn't particularly unflattering if you ask us. Perhaps it caused such a media stir as she was only 19 then.
Daniel Craig
Between 2006 and 2021, we watched Daniel Craig portray the title role in the "James Bond" films, starting with "Casino Royale." His characters have always reflected power, strength, and respect, unlike this photo, which doesn't give the best look to anyone, let alone a celebrity.
The paparazzi got a shot of Craig picking his nose, which is more than enough for his haters to bring him down. Nevertheless, his fans know it would take much more than a bleak picture to bring the award-winning British actor down. Hailing from England, Craig secured a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2021.
Amanda Seyfried
Amanda Seyfried has been working in front of the cameras since she was a teenager and rose to prominence with appearances in productions such as "Mean Girls," "Veronica Mars," "Big Love," and "Dear John." With a husband, two kids, and a steady career, she is doing well for her age.

The incident dates back to 2013 when he and his then-pregnant girlfriend Kardashian were outside a restaurant in Beverly Hills, according to "Daily Mail." He wasn't thrilled about the many photographers following them either.
George Clooney
A silver fox in Hollywood, George Clooney has been reserved by his wife, Amal Clooney, since 2014. They became parents of twins in 2017 and are leading a blissful married life. Clooney is an award-winning actor, prominently known for roles in "ER" and the "Ocean's Eleven" movies, among others.
As the father of young children, we bet he's mastered a trick or two to make them laugh from making childish noises to making silly faces. Even though we cannot imagine this hunk of a man ever doing so in public, one such goofy look was caught on camera. Let's just say his fans are thankful for it.

We can all agree that Kaley Cuoco is a steamy blonde bombshell whose acting skills go beyond her years. But then again, her most popular television series, "The Big Bang Theory," also portrayed her character as a strong and fearless hoyden from Nebraska.
We see this "unflattering" photo of Cuoco more in line with her character of Penny on the show—loud and unladylike. On another note, we'd love to know what made her laugh so hard. As of 2022, Cuoco is a two-time divorcee. Even though her personal life is not prospering at the moment, her career certainly is, especially now that she's also involved in production.
Tiger Woods
One of the greatest professional golfers to have ever existed, Tiger Woods is still an active player, although his ranking has dropped from number-one to below one thousand. The 18-time World Champion is a father of two who, as of 2022, is in a relationship with a restaurant manager named Erica Herman.
Between 2013 and 2015, Woods was involved with the former professional skier Lindsey Vonn, and it was at one of her games, that he lost a tooth (pictured above). The exact reason behind it remains a mystery, but we do think it's ironic that he wore a bandana with a skeletal set of teeth.
Emma Stone
Emma Stone would've encountered the same fate as Emma Watson at the 2015 "Cannes Film Festival" had her priorities been different when a swift gush of wind blew through the venue. The Oscar-winning actress chose to hold her dress down to avoid exposing any private bits.
That came with the cost of her mane flowing atop her head like the iconic horns of "Maleficent." We think the "La La Land" star handled the situation with class, given the circumstances. Among Stone's most memorable roles stand Gwen Stacy in "The Amazing Spider-Man" films and the titular character in the 2021 movie "Cruella."
Megan Fox
One of the earliest and most real feminine symbols of the 21st century, Megan Fox, is an actress and model with many fan crushes worldwide. Even though it seems impossible to add to her sultriness, we bet a lip-licking photo would do just that.
Scratch that because this picture of her doing just that doesn't match her usual seductive energy. It makes the "Transformers" star look wacky, and that's not how anyone wants to remember her. This is just an unfortunate click, which still shows how perfect her skin and features are. Fox is a mother of three, although she divorced their father, her long-time partner, in 2021.
Katherine Heigl
At first glance, Katherine Heigl looks like herself and has nothing unflattering about her. However, upon closer inspection, you'll notice her scarlet gown's strap ripped and fell over her shoulder. This significant wardrobe malfunction occurred when she was mid-speech during the acceptance of the ShoWest award for Female Star of the Year in 2010.
The incident took place in Las Vegas, and Heigl used her charming persona to manage the issue and played it off humorously. Even though Heigl only portrayed Dr. Izzie Stevens in "Grey's Anatomy" between 2005 and 2010, she continues to secure more fans as clips from the series resurface on social media platforms like TikTok.

The 1996-born has kept up her appearances with projects of various genres, including horror, drama, thriller, and comedy.

Despite working on their physique and appearance daily, let's admit, even celebrities need a break sometimes.
