Kenny Miller is selling his fantastic Lanarkshire residence for £790,000. The property is considered the "most understated footballer's pad in the world," although the cozy home still boasts marble floors, under-floor heating, and a cinema with surround sound. What makes this a truly wonderful dwelling are the large windows, which provide natural light throughout the house.

Aside from all these perks, Miller's residence has a double garage and a large lawn with football goalposts, perfect for practice. The house also has a CCTV and security alarm system, which guarantees the occupants' safety. Whoever bought these digs is one lucky homeowner, indeed!

Aiden McGeady - Glasgow

In 2017, Aiden McGeady made £1 million after selling his five-bedroom mansion in Scotland. The residence is an impressive 4,500-square-feet Glasgow home constructed back in 2008, which includes a gaming room with a relaxation area. There's also an elegant master bedroom on the first floor, with access to a private balcony.

If you're wondering where Aiden is living now, he currently resides in an apartment building designed by famous architect Alexander Thomson. Unfortunately, McGeady is presently having issues regarding the home renovations his planning, which his neighbors are not favoring. Newcastle has attracted a lot of big names for permanent settlement over the years, thanks to the sheer hustle and bustle of the place. Among these names is also Kevin Nolan, who bagged a beautiful residence in the region.

The star confessed how much he missed the abode when he had to move away due to his profession. Understandably, when you put so much effort into building a dwelling, staying away from it for long bouts can indeed be heart-breaking. But it seems the Englishman also has his eyes on another real estate in Nottingham this time. Kevin better give us a tour soon enough.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek – Cobham

For years, Ruben Loftus-Cheek appeared to be in a neverending feud with his neighbors. A nearby occupant filed a noise complaint about Ruben's loud music and his six-foot deck in 2019. Sadly, it appears that the footballer and the other resident still haven't come into any agreements up until this day.

Not only that, but in 2016, the £1.8 million home got severely damaged after an electrical storm hit, which is reminiscent of a similar incident to his family's residence years prior. Luckily, though, the footballer's insurance helped rebuild, avoiding an otherwise astronomically expensive repair bill.

Adam Johnson - Castle Eden

It took Mikael Silvestre six years to buy a home in Knights Keep, which cost £2 million. For some reason, he changed his mind about living in the property, putting it back on the market for £4.5 million. Still unable to find a buyer, Silvestre relisted the mansion for £4.2 million, which was a very reasonable price for the upscale area.

Strangely it took Michael a while to sell the six-bedroom mansion, despite having a driveway, indoor pool, cinema room, and an incredible landscape with a spacious front lawn. So far, we’re still on the lookout to see if Mikael’s new property is better than the last.

Wes Brown - Alderley Edge

Wes Brown put his house up for sale back in 2010 and years after it's still on the market. He originally wanted the place to be sold at £4.5 million, but the realtor couldn't sell it around that price. It was then priced at £2.45 million in 2016.

Brown's estate has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, dedicated male and female dressing rooms, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. It also has three reception rooms and a one-bedroom guest room above the garage. We're uncertain if this property is still on the market nowadays. But, don't you think it will be such a waste if no one buys it?

Francis Benali, the former football star, prefers to live a less glitzy life than his peers, selecting Springwood as his perfect location. Benali and his wife built their family home on a generously spacious 3 acres lot, with features including a cinema, swimming pool, and almost everything a family needs.

Franny, as the sportsman is affectionately called sometimes, hung up his soccer boots in 2015. But he remains a big part of Southampton football club-even becoming their ambassador while appearing for Sky Sports.
