Drew Barrymore – California ($9.995 Million)

Award-winning actress Drew Barrymore is worth over $125 million, and luxury is comfortable and convenient for her. Her 6,258 square-foot Montecito house where she wedded her ex-husband, Will Kopelman, was sold in 2013 f0r $6.35 million. The California mansion has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half baths. It has a guest house with a bedroom and a bathroom. 

The house was built in 1937 and renovated in 2016. The house is now on the market again for $9.995 million. In January 2022, Drew Barrymore gave an interview on her personal life. She spoke on her challenges dating as a single mother and why she would never marry again.

Michael Strahan - California ($17 Million)

Michael Strahan is almost everything from an NFL legend to a TV personality and even a Space tourist. He played 15 seasons for the New York Giants, and his impressive resume has provided him with a luxurious life and cool mansions. Strahan has a 15,600 square feet mansion in Los Angeles, and it cost him $17 million.

The mansion has a traditional style to it. It has nine bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, and its ceilings are 20 feet high. In January 2022, Strahan posted a picture on social media as he celebrated his mother. 

 

Chris Evans – California ($3.5 Million)

Chris Evans, or  “Captain America,” as he is famously called due to his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise, has done very well for himself over the course of his career. He has done well enough to own multiple cool mansions, including 4600 square foot Hollywood Hills home, which he bought at an auction. This deluxe house was built in 1940 and underwent several renovations handled by designers at Stewart-Gulrajani designs. 

It is a private home with high walls and a gate, a gourmet kitchen, two masters bedroom, and one staffroom. The house also has a heated pool, a spa, and two fireplaces. In 2021, there were talks about Evans abandoning the house and preferring to spend time in Boston with friends.

 

 

Robin Roberts - New York ($2.575 Million)

Popular TV personality Robin Roberts went looking for where to buy a home, and it proved to be a tough business. Eventually, she succeeded in getting a $2.575 million Manhattan Luxury apartment in 2011. She got the New York apartment in Trump Heritage at the Upper Westside.

The  building offers great features such as a health club, a courtyard, and a pool. It also has separate playrooms for kids. Roberts’ apartment has two bedrooms and high-end appliances. The apartment offers a wonderful view into the city. She once joked about having a cold blast of air blow one of her windows off. In January 2022, she took to her Instagram page to mourn the passing of General Charles McGee.

Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City ($1.9 Million)

Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes lives a luxury lifestyle. He and his girlfriend, Brittany Matthews, live in a 4,343 square-foot Kansas city ranch house, which they bought for $1.9 million. However, the house has undergone significant home remodeling, raising its value to about $2 million.

Built in 1953, the ranch house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a half bath. It is ideal for Mahomes, Matthews, and their little daughter, Sterling. It has four fireplaces, a modern kitchen, a home gym, a corner office, a wine cellar, a swimming pool, and a huge porch. Mahomes is just a few years into his NFL career, but as of January 2022, Andre Reeds is being touted to become the NFL’s Magic Johnson.

Serena Williams – Bel-Air ($8.1 Million)

Serena Williams, for the longest time, was the world number one in the Women Tennis sport. Her career earned her a good fortune, and that can be seen in the Bel-Air residence she sold a few years ago for $8.1 million. Williams had bought the 6,100 square feet mansion in 2016 and then listed it for $11.995 million in 2017. 

The house has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The living rooms have curving walls and french doors that usher in natural light. It has a swimming pool and a pool house, beautiful green lawns, and a patio with a fireplace. Williams is set to roll in even more money as she has now joined the world of NFTs as of January 2022. 

Corey Harrison - Las Vegas ($2.39 Million)

Corey Harrison from the show “Pawn Stars” bought his Las Vegas dream house in 2013. The 7,069 square feet house cost him $1 million. He spent over $600,000 renovating the house. This cool mansion has amazing décor, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a kitchen fitted with leathered granite countertops.

It has a huge Master Suite, a lower basement equipped with a full bar, a home theater, and an entertainment area. The house has a 12-feet pool in the backyard with a lazy river pouring into it. Harrison has moved into another house and had this one listed for $3.9 million as of 2019.

 

Elvis Presley - Tennessee ($100,000)

Elvis Presley, often referred to as the “King of Rock and Roll,” resided in the 13.8-acre property called Graceland. This cool mansion cost him a little over $100,000 at the time and is valued at about $55 million today, excluding the valuables inside it. With over 650,000 visitors yearly, it is the most visited privately-owned home in the USA, rivaling even the White House. 

The house is a colonial revival-style mansion built in 1939. The designers were ‘Furbringer and Ehrman.’ It has 23 rooms, including eight bedrooms and bathrooms, a meditation garden, and a racquetball building. IN January 2022, Daily Express revealed that Presley had an obsession with American Football, and his favorite teams were Cleveland Browns and the Pittsburg Steelers.

George Lucas - California ($100 Million)

George Lucas is a most respected Movie Producer, with movie franchises like Star Wars and Indiana Jones to his name. He owns Lucasfilm, Lucasfilm games, and Industrial Light and Magic. He has a 4700-acre California office named ‘Skywalker Ranch.’ Lucas bought this mansion in 1978 for recording and mixing motion picture sound and to serve the corporate offices of Lucasfilm. Only 15 acres of the land have been developed. 

The dairy ranch has 14 buildings, including a fire department and many amenities. Surrounded by hills and valleys, Skywalker Ranch has about 250 workers in it, helping to come up with ideas for Lucasfilm. The Producers Guild will honor George Lucas in March 2022 for his contributions to the film industry.

Justin Timberlake – New York ($29 Million)

Justin Timberlake has amassed much success as a singer, producer, and actor, and his partner Jessica Biel is a successful actress. Timberlake owned a Greenwich village penthouse which he bought for $20.2 million. The penthouse has four bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms and is in a 3-story building with glass walls.

The penthouse was priced at $30.5 million, but Timberlake got it for $20.2 million. It was designed by designer Cetra Ruddy who collaborated with DHA Capital and Continental Properties. It is a luxury house with luxurious interior decor. Timberlake and Biel have allegedly sold the apartment for $29 million in January 2022. 

Celine Dion - Florida ($65 Million)

Celine Dion is one of the most famous singers ever. She had a Florida mansion so luxurious it could be mistaken for a resort. It sits on the Atlantic Ocean and has 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. This $65 million 11,000 square-feet cool mansion was built on Jupiter Island in 2010.

The house offers you a panoramic view from your living room. Dion and her husband Rene Angelil built the house to their taste and listed it in 2013 when Angelil was diagnosed with throat cancer. It was for $72 million but only sold for $28 million in 2017, a year after Angelil passed. Dion canceled her North America tour in January 2022 due to diagnosed health problems. 

Dwayne Johnson - Georgia ($9.5 Million)

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is popular for his career in the WWE and Hollywood movies. He owns a 46-acre cool mansion in Georgia. The house looks like a French Manor and has eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and three half baths. It has a salt-water pool with a pool house. It has a caretaker’s farmhouse, a 12-stall barn, an arena for riding, and a viewing deck.  

In 2019, Johnson bought the custom-made deluxe house which was built in 2003. He probably never spent time there as he was always shooting movies elsewhere. In 2021, the house was listed for $7.5 million. As of January 2022, he feuds with “Fast & Furious” co-star Vin Diesel and Johnson might not continue his role in the franchise.

Adele - West Sussex ($7.8 Million)

Grammy-winning singer Adele lived in a cool mansion called “The Lock House” in West Sussex in 2012. She reportedly paid £15,000 per month. It was built in the 1900s and refurbished in the 1930s. It belongs to developers Nick Sutton and his wife, a princess from the Turkish Royal family. 

The 85-acres Lock House features a helicopter pad, Indoor, and Outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and a 3-bedroom cottage staff house. It has ten bedrooms, five reception rooms, and 2 Studies. ‘Lock house’ is listed for £5.75 million ($7.8 million). As of January 2022, Adele is set to roll in more luxury as she will now earn £500,000 ($680,000) per show from Caesars Palace’s Colosseum while chilling in a £30k suite .

Sean Penn - Malibu ($6.55 Million)

Sean Penn is an actor, scriptwriter, movie director who has achieved significant success in various aspects of film-making. He bought his Malibu beach house for $3.8 million in 2009 and listed it for $6.55 million in 2015. The single-story deluxe house was designed by Cliff May who is also called “California Ranch King.”

The hacienda-style mansion has three bedrooms in the main building. There is a maid’s quarters and a detached guesthouse. The house has a lavish green garden, a private swimming pool, four full bathrooms, and a half bath. In January 2022, Sean Penn said he is happy he is old because he is frustrated with Cancel Culture and the direction the world is going.

Pierce Brosnan - Santa Monica ($3 Million)

“James Bond” actor Pierce Brosnan and his wife, Keely Shaye, bought a 2300 square-foot traditional cottage that is as classy as it is simple. There is nothing simple about the price, though. It cost them $3 million since it is in a coveted Santa Monica neighborhood. 

There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an office in the house. The house has a huge patio, a detached 2-car garage, and a nice lawn. Inside the house, the interior decor can be defined as exquisitely modest as it has, amongst other things, a stone-faced fireplace and a bay window overlooking the front yard. Daniel Craig is a British actor most popularly known for his role in James Bond movies, especially “No time to die.” Craig and his wife, Rachel Weisz, bought a 6000 square-foot Brooklyn Townhouse from Martin Amis and Isabel Fonseca. After a fire incident that burned the top, the house underwent some major repairs and home remodeling. 

The house was built in 1901 and has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, with one half bath. It has five stories, a patio, a backyard garden, a roof deck, and an elevator. In January 2022, Craig admitted to offering Sam Mendes a job as a director on James Bond- Skyfall. Hilariously, Craig only realized his error and retracted the offer after Mendes accepted it.

Jane Fonda - California ($5.45 Million)

Legendary actress and activist Jane Fonda listed her Beverly Hills home for $13 million soon after her split with Richard Perry. She then paid $5.45 million cash for a Mediterranean-style house in Los Angeles. The 6,679 square feet house was built in 2015 for enjoying the weather with a Californian vibe.

The house has four bedrooms and seven baths, an office, and a dining room. It has an open-plan kitchen and an elevator. There is a large courtyard and a third-floor terrace. You can enjoy the view and breezy day from inside since there are many windows. In August 2021, Fonda made paid for and attended a Boise student’s climate change class.

Anthony Hopkins - Malibu ($11 Million)

Anthony Hopkins is an award-winning actor and movie director. In 2020, Hopkins sold his Malibu Oceanside mansion for $10.5 million in 2020. He had bought the mansion for $3.8 million in 2001 and listed it for $11 million in 2020.  The 4,000 square-foot 2-story house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It is located on the prestigious Pont Dume.

The house has a spa and also has a driveway.  In January 2022, TV personality Martha Stewart revealed that she broke up with Hopkins because she could not separate him from the role of Hannibal Lecter that he once played.

Liam Neeson - New York (Price Undisclosed)

Actor Liam Neeson owns a majestic home in Wassaic, New York. Built in 1890, the cool mansion sits on a sprawling 34,000 square-foot land. The main building is about 6,116 square feet. Neeson is a private person, so little is known about this house beyond visible features.

This cool mansion features a state-of-the-art movie theatre, indoor pool and outdoor pools, a tennis court, a greenhouse, an exquisite patio, and a lake. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, an indoor golf simulator, a wine cellar, many luxury bedrooms with private bathrooms. It has seven bedrooms, six kitchens, 24 bathrooms, a reception hall, a 60-foot swimming pool with an underwater sound system. It has luxury garages and an artificial stream. ‘Xanadu 2.0’  would cost at least $147.5 million today if sold with the artwork in it. In 2021, Bill Gates’ marriage to Melinda Gates, with whom he shared Xanadu 2.0, sadly ended in a divorce. 

Stephen Curry- California ($31 Million)

Steph Curry is one of the highest-earning athletes in the world and he has investments in mansions in the United States Of America. His most expensive mansion is his $50.1 million Malibu mansion. However, it is his $31 million Atherton Mansion where he lives with his family that we include in this list.

The Atherton mansion sits on 1.2 acres and is reportedly the biggest house in the neighborhood. The house was reportedly bought from designer Joe Comartin and has a cabana, pools, and a garage. In January 2022, Curry’s wife, Ayesha, slammed rumors alleging their marriage is an open one.  

 

Wolf Blitzer - Maryland ($1.34 Million)

Wolf Blitzer is an American Journalist, one of the principal anchors at CNN, and was the lead political anchor at CNN until 2021. He hosts "The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer" by CNN. Active since 1972, and a CNN Reporter since 1990, Blitzer was one of the first Western journalists to visit the KGB headquarters in Moscow. 

He bought his Bethesda house in 1989 for $710,000. The house is reportedly worth $1.34 million. Blitzer spent almost his entire life in this house, even while working at CNN. He is married to Lynn Greenfield and has a daughter, namely Ilana Blitzer Gendelman, who is also a journalist. 

Chris Cuomo - Southampton ($2.9 million)

Former CNN anchor, Chris Cuomo, owned and listed his Southampton luxury house for sale at $2.9 million. They have since found a buyer for the deluxe mansion that sits on half an acre of land and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The two-story house features a beautiful front yard and porch, guiding you into an interior paradise of amazing home decor.

It has a huge driveway, a courtyard and motor court with an ocean and Santa Monica mountains view, seven fireplaces, four bedrooms, five baths, and about 9100 square feet of interior space. In January 2022, James got in the news for showing love to Lil Baby and ignoring Gunna after the last Lakers game. 

Magic Johnson- California ($7.6 Million)

Former NBA star Magic Johnson and his wife, Cookie, have a vacation home in Orange County, California, worth $7.6 million. The 7,764 square foot dream property is located on Monarch beach and has a deck with a wine cellar and elevator. The vacay mansion has a Mediterranean vibe with an indoor pool and a Catalina island view from almost every window of the three-story mansion. It has five bedrooms and seven baths.

Meant to go for slightly above $8 million, the house eventually came down to about $7.6 million. Johnson has thrown his support behind Lebron James and Ja Morant for the 2021-22 NBA MVP race. 

Shaquille O’Neal- Florida ($19.5 Million)

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal gets on this list with the Florida Mega-mansion he used to live in. The deluxe mansion was so customized; it was basketball-centric and had a triangular fish tank. The 31,000 square feet cool mansion had a basketball court, 12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a recording studio, a movie theater, and lots more. 

It was difficult to sell due to its custom nature, but O’Neal finally got a buyer in 2021. Even though the house was worth almost $20 million, he sold it for about $11 million. In January 2022, O’Neal was forced to sell his stake in the Sacramento Kings due to NBA rules. 

Kevin Durant- California ($6 Million)

Kevin Durant had a cool mansion at Oakland hills which is now available for $6 million. The 9,084 square feet mansion has an in-home theater, a private basketball court, and a curved stairwell. There are seven huge bedrooms, wall-length windows, and a circular driveway. 

The house was built in 2005, and Michael Burgess is the designer. The mansion has two separate apartments. The backyard has a green lawn and a concrete terrace. Durant was recently topscorer as he led the Brooklyn Nets to victory over Chicago Bulls. This comes just days into January 2021, after Steph Curry claimed Durant is the most gifted scorer in terms of getting a shot off. 

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar- Hawaii ($6 Million)

The legendary basketball player, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, has a customized 3-acre gated mansion in Hawaii available for sale. Gus Duffy was the designer for the island property on the secret beach in Kilauea. Some home remodeling was done so the initially vaulted interiors would not present discomfort to the 7-feet tall Abdul-Jabbar.

The 6,000 square feet house has a 50-foot pool, an outdoor shower, and a bar. It has marble floors, a private garden, and a tennis court. The house is listed for $6 million. Abdul-Jabbar promised in January 2022 that he would be around to congratulate Lebron James if James breaks his (Abdul-Jabbar’s) scoring record. 

Floyd Mayweather- California ($25.5 Million)

Floyd Mayweather is one of the most famous living boxers, and with his fame and success comes luxury. Mayweather has acquired homes and luxury over the years, famously celebrating his victory over Conor McGregor with a $10 million Las Vegas home. He also owns a $25.5 million Beverly Hills mansion with an underground 20-car parking space, indoor pools and outdoor pools, and dedicated guest suites.

Although retired, Mayweather gets involved in popular boxing matches like the Logan Paul incident. SkySports reported in January 2022 that Mayweather could fight MoneyKicks and is in the last stage of talks. His career as a retired professional boxer boosts his reputation and ability as a boxing promoter.

Aaron Donald- California ($4.7 Million)

When American Football Star Aaron Donald went looking for where to buy a home, he went all out for his $4.7 million oaks Calabasas mansion in California. The 7,036 square foot private mansion has an impressive driveway and a 4-carriage garage for his cars. The house has a huge foyer, and the living room has a fireplace. 

It has a huge kitchen and four large bedrooms. The interior decor has an antiquated look but is ultra-modern with smart home features that allow Donald to operate the living room with his smartphone. Donald has finished as the PFF’s highest-graded defender in 2021 and for the 6th straight year. 

Russell Wilson- Washington ($6.8 Million)

NFL star Russell Wilson lives with his wife, singer Ciara and their kids live in a $6.8 million 10,700 square-foot mansion in Bellevue, Washington. Intriguingly, they are neighbors to Bill Gates. Their house contains seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The house has facilities such as a gym and a media room. 

They have an 84-feet private waterfront and a dock. The house is located such that it provides a beautiful view into lake Washington from every room in the house. There are rumors that the Seahawks would trade him in the 2022 off-season even though Wilson has said he intends to stay. He has deep ties with Seattle and is part owner of Seattle Sounders.

Ezekiel Elliott’s - Cabo Villa ($9 Million)

This cool mansion has four huge bedrooms and six bathrooms. It has 2-two-century-old French oak cabinetry, and the custom floors have the legendary Michael D’Angelo as their designer. 

This magnificent villa has a golf course, a lounge, multiple pools, and hot tubs. The mansion looks like a resort. Quite fitting for a player who was the highest-paid NFL in history as of 2019. At the beginning of 2022, Ezekiel Elliott informed fans that his injured knee feels solid and would be ready for the 49ers game. 

Cam Newton- North Carolina ($ 2.9 Million)

Cameron “Supercam” Newton is the NFL career leader in quarterback rushing touchdowns. One of his most popular properties is his 3,335 square-foot North Carolina luxury apartment on the fifth floor of the Trust. He is neighbors with Michael Jordan, who owns the 7th floor of the same building.  

Newton’s apartment has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 315 square-foot enclosed balcony. It has a state-of-the-art kitchen, gadgets, and equipment. The floor is made of gleaming hardwood. Newton got the apartment for $1.6 million in 2012. He listed it for $2.9 million in 2020. In January 2022, Carolina Panthers GM, Scott Fitterer recently said he would like to have Newton back in the team in 2022.

Jon Bon Jovi - New York ($38 Million)

Bon Jovi is one of the biggest names in Rock music, and as such, he is financially successful. His Soho duplex sits atop the New Museum building. It showcases beautiful views of the Lower East Side and Soho due to the tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a media room, fireplaces, two big kitchens, and a private elevator. 

Jovi bought the 7,452 square-foot penthouse for $24 million in 2007. After four years, he listed it for $45 million. It took three more years before Gerhard Andlinger purchased it for $37.5 million. It is listed now for $38 million. Jovi has announced an American tour to begin in April, 2o22.

Vin Diesel - California ($1.4 Million)

Vin Diesel, best known for the “Fast and Furious” franchise, sold his Hollywood Hills deluxe house for $1.4 million in 2016. Before that, he had owned it for 16 years and placed the house on the market for $1.3 million in 2013. He then placed it on rent before eventually selling it in 2016.

The 2-bedroom house has Mexican tiles in the kitchen and has an open living room. The house is equipped with French doors. In January 2022, Diesel and co-star Dwayne Johnson clashed over Diesel’s Instagram post calling Johnson to continue as Hobs in the finale of “Fast and Furious.” Johnson insists they had previously discussed privately and that Diesel’s approach was manipulative. 

 Jeff Foxworthy - Georgia ($2.99 Million)

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported in October 2020 that Comedian Jeff Foxworthy listed his riverside home for $2.99 million. The 14-600 square-foot mansion is on sale because Foxworthy and his wife Pamela Gregg wanted and have gotten a smaller house. 

The mansion has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It is surrounded by a forest and is next to a river. The house has floor-to-ceiling windows, and the kitchen has hand-crafted cabinets and sleek appliances. There is an office in the house, a spa bathroom with a breakfast bar and a steam shower, a swimming pool, a waterfall, and a 4-car garage. In January 2022, Foxworthy joined Brent Rollins and Dayne Young to share his excitement about watching Georgia win a title at the National Championship game.

Morgan Freeman - Charleston (Price Undisclosed)

Morgan Freeman is a legendary actor and Academy Award winner. Freeman has multiple deluxe houses, and his Charleston, Mississippi residence is one cool mansion. Freeman bought the 124-acre property from his parents in 1991 and built a hacienda-style house on it. He has few neighbors, so it looks like he lives in isolation.  

Freeman’s mansion has a swimming pool in it. In 2019, he imported 26 beehives and planted Magnolia and Lavendar trees to support bees and the ecosystem. The house was listed for $44 million but is now listed for $32.6 million. It has six bedrooms, six baths, six floors, and many reception rooms. It has an elevator, a jacuzzi, a wine cellar, and a personal gym amongst other amenities. As of January 2022, there are rumors in the media that Julie Andrew will be back in the second season of ‘Bridgerton.’

It has lots of amenities such as a tennis court and pavilion, a swimming pool, and a majestic mountain view from around the premises.  Douglas’ Palm Spring home received an award from the Palm Spring council a month before Douglas passed in February 2020.

Val Kilmer is an American Actor who many believe is underrated. He has starred in movies like “Top Gun,” “Heat,” “Batman,” and “Tombstone.” Kilmer, who has a networth of over $25 million, has a 6,000 square foot house in the hills of Santa Fe. Kilmer is the designer responsible for the house’s appearance.

The house has an upstairs master suite, a tennis court, a stable, and an outdoor compound. There isn’t much information on this house but we do know that after Kilmer’s split from his ex-wife, Joanne Whalley, he changed the decors to give a spiritual and warm feel.
